## Title: Sales Representative - Ogun State
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated sales professional to join our team. This position is based in the Ogun State region, with presence in Abeokuta, Shagamu, and Ijebu Ode.
Key Responsibilities
Customer and Lead Management
- Identify and contact potential customers through online channels
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel and manage customer interactions using CRM systems
- Conduct online product presentations and consultations to close deals
Sales and Revenue Generation
- Sell products and services to achieve sales objectives
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
- Develop sales strategies and provide sales forecasts
Customer Service and Support
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain profitable customer relationships
Product and Market Knowledge
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and promotions
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Update customer databases with contact details and interest information
- Generate and submit regular sales reports
Requirements
- NCE or OND qualification
- 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
