  • We are a growing lubricants and engine oil manufacturing company seeking an experienced Sales Representative / Marketing Executive to support our market expansion.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in selling lubricants, engine oils, or related automotive products.
  • This role requires a proactive, result-driven individual who can identify new market opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell company-manufactured lubricants and engine oils to new and existing customers.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, workshops, fleet owners, and retail partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and customer insights.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales terms with clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, payments, and service requests.
  • Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or marketing within the lubricants, engine oil, automotive products, or related industries.
  • Prior experience working with engine oil or lubricant manufacturers is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of lubricant products, automotive maintenance, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good presentation and product demonstration abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and business ethics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings within the region.
