A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role.
Responsibilities
- Sell and promote our range of household and kitchen items.
- Attend to walk-in customers professionally and understand their needs.
- Maintain an organized and appealing sales area.
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Keep accurate sales records and assist with inventory updates.
- At least a year of proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or household / kitchen items.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to convert leads into sales.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow with the business.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and also function effectively within a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and well-presented at all times.
- A passion for building long-term customer relationships and contributing to store growth is an added advantage.
- Creative and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
