## Title: Sales Representative - Solar Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth through lead generation, customer education, and closing deals in the solar energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up leads through social media, WhatsApp, website referrals, and personal networks
  • Educate customers on solar and inverter solutions
  • Close sales and meet monthly targets
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and update CRM records
  • Carry out client assessments when required

What We're Looking For

  • Sales experience (solar sales experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to explain products in simple, clear terms
  • Strong follow-up discipline and consistency
  • Basic solar knowledge (training will be provided)
  • Active presence on WhatsApp, Facebook, and proficiency with phone communication
