## Title: Sales Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and highly motivated Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is energetic, business-savvy, customer-focused, and excited about driving financial inclusion through technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new customers, merchants, and business partners
  • Promote the company's financial products and services across assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct field marketing, product demonstrations, and market activations
  • Gather market intelligence and provide actionable feedback to management
  • Ensure excellent customer support and proper resolution of client issues
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in any field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, field activation, agent acquisition, or customer service (fintech experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Smart, confident, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with POS terminals, agency banking, or digital finance is a plus
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Auchi
