Position Overview

We are seeking a smart, competent, and eager-to-learn candidate to join our team in Lagos, Ikeja. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, maintaining relationships, and supporting our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries from customers
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
• Manage social media accounts and respond to customer inquiries
• Attend to walk-in customers and provide support
• Update sales sheets daily
• Build sustainable relationships with team members and line managers
• Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Must reside in Ikeja or its surrounding environment
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel (advantage)
• Vast knowledge of social media platforms (advantage)
