About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new clients through prospecting and business development
  • Present logistics solutions tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate rates and contract terms with customers and carriers
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent logistics execution and support

Required Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the logistics industry
  • Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
