Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Manager located in Ikeja.
- The Sales Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to improve efficiency, implement processes to optimize sales operations, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Key responsibilities include managing operational metrics, analyzing sales data for insights, streamlining workflows, and fostering strong customer relationships.
- The role also involves facilitating communication between departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and informing decision-making
- Proven expertise in Operations Management to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure high-quality client interactions
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales operations or the construction industry is an advantage
