We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Role Overview
  • Responsible for driving secondary sales, ensuring strong product visibility, executing merchandising standards, and supporting distributors to achieve optimal market coverage within Lekki.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute merchandising activities across assigned outlets
  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and branding
  • Drive secondary sales through retailer engagement
  • Support distributors to meet daily and monthly targets
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
  • Gather market and competitor information
  • Submit accurate daily sales and activity reports
Requirements:
  • HND or BSc in any discipline 1–2 years experience in merchandising, secondary sales, or FMCG field sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills
  • Target-driven and able to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of Lekki sales routes is an advantage
Salary & Benefits
  • N120,000 / Month (Gross)
  • Transport allowance: N60,000 - N80,000
  • Sales commission upon meeting targets
