Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans within agreed timelines and budgets
• Build and maintain strong customer understanding and relationships with both private and corporate clients
• Create and execute strategies for continuous engagement between the organization and its audience
• Develop long-term partnerships with clients, moving beyond transactional relationships
• Establish communication mechanisms to ensure customer concerns and feedback are heard and addressed promptly
• Manage relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to develop new business relationships
• Liaise with the finance department to ensure corporate clients remain within their credit limits
• Enhance the company's digital marketing platforms and monitor activities across relevant social media channels
• Assist with product development and distribution as needed
• Prepare contracts, proposals, and presentations for potential clients
• Conduct meetings with prospective new clients
• Complete other assignments as directed by your supervisor
