Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
• Seek out appropriate contacts within target organizations
• Generate leads and conduct cold outreach to prospective customers
• Meet with customers and clients face-to-face and over the phone
• Understand customer needs and develop effective plans to address them
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of IT products and services, and advise others accordingly
• Work strategically to plan and implement operational changes
• Attend relevant seminars, conferences, and industry events
• Help plan and execute sales campaigns
• Build and manage a sales pipeline
• Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers as needed
• Conduct sales forecasts and analyses, and present findings to senior management

Requirements
