Sales Marketing Manager

About the Role

B. Adedipe Associates Limited (BAA) is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion for our real estate projects in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for real estate projects
• Drive brand positioning, digital campaigns, and promotional activities to increase visibility and lead generation
• Manage client acquisition, relationship building, and negotiation through to deal closure
• Lead and motivate the sales team, agents, and brokers to consistently meet sales objectives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
• Develop pricing, promotional, and channel strategies in alignment with project and financial goals
• Prepare and deliver periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Professional certifications in marketing or sales (advantageous)
• 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing
• At least 3 years of experience in the real estate sector
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in property development
