Reports to: Head of Sales, Tranter IT
Tranter IT is looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our IT solutions sales team. In this role, you’ll drive revenue growth across our portfolio of Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, Managed IT, and Software Development solutions. You’ll play a key part in shaping our sales strategy, mentoring a high-performing team, and building strong client relationships that deliver measurable impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a results-oriented sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Manage sales operations, forecasts, and CRM pipelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and technical teams to optimize lead generation and solution delivery.
- Close high-value deals and support the team in complex negotiations.
- Provide market insights and performance reports to senior leadership.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in selling IT solutions (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, or ERP).
- Strong business acumen with a consultative approach to selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing teams in target-driven environments.
- Experience in fast-growing tech or MSP organizations.
- Understanding of SaaS and subscription-based sales models.
- Background in enterprise or public-sector sales.
