## Title: Sales Manager / City Head

Role Overview

The Sales Manager / City Head will oversee distributor sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage strategic partnerships, and align distributor performance with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute distributor-focused sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage distributor relationships, performance reviews, and sales outcomes
  • Provide training, tools, and support to distributor sales teams
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to drive brand visibility and market expansion
  • Manage key customer relationships and resolve escalated issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
  • 3–5 years' sales management experience (beverage/FMCG preferred)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in distributor and key account management
  • Three (3) verifiable guarantors

Compensation Package

  • Basic Salary: ₦300,000
  • Incentives: ₦300,000
  • Conveyance: ₦80,000
