Job Purpose
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while keeping our organization competitive and innovative. The successful candidate will maximize sales team potential, develop strategic sales plans, and present recommendations to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales team
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the Sales team and adjust the Sales program accordingly
- Provide on-the-ground support for Sales Representatives as they generate leads and close new deals
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures strong market presence
- Recruit, set objectives, coach, conduct performance reviews, and reward Sales Representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while monitoring new products and competitive status
- Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
- Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the sales force to develop their skills, ensure high professional standards, and meet monthly sales targets and KPI objectives
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 8+ years of experience selling IT/enterprise solutions to major accounts
- Proven track record as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong experience in selling IT solutions
- Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively
