## Title: Sales Manager - Pest Control

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and drive business growth for a reputable organization in the pest control industry. The ideal candidate will bring proven corporate B2B sales experience, excellent leadership skills, and a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role requires a results-driven professional who can quickly identify opportunities, generate leads, and seamlessly convert them into sales. Candidates with an established industry presence or strong professional networks will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and effectively communicate product offerings, functionality, positioning, and competitive advantages
  • Manage and grow the existing customer base by understanding and anticipating customer needs
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and drive pest control business growth across various channels
  • Analyze key market trends and competitive activities to anticipate opportunities and issues
  • Market services to prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Continuously source new accounts and sales opportunities
  • Manage relationships with existing customers and ensure satisfaction through follow-ups and customer engagement
  • Maintain awareness of pertinent customer information, future plans, and payment performance, and communicate any information that would affect company decisions
  • Gather competitive intelligence and suggest strategies to attain sustainable competitive advantage
  • Monitor market trends and product performance
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and professional development opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Proven corporate B2B sales experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into sales
  • Knowledge of or experience in the pest control industry preferred
