## Title: Sales Manager

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Pedini-Bosch Nigeria Limited as a Sales Manager in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Formulate and execute proposal strategy and sales agreements
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close deals with large or strategic accounts
  • Monitor and analyse sales metrics and trends, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales forecasts and reports to senior management
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and opportunities
  • Stay updated with new product launches and industry developments
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction
  • Implement customer retention strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Resolve issues or conflicts within the sales team

Required Qualifications

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Master's degree is an added advantage

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of working experience as a Sales Manager or in a related role
  • Proven track record in retail/e-commerce and marketing

  • Ability to close deals and maintain sales relationships

  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve sales problems

Compensation

N400,000 - N450,000 net per month
