## Title: Sales Manager

Role Summary

Cola Solar Energy Limited is recruiting a Sales Manager to support our expansion. In this performance-based role, you will play a key role in promoting our products and services, identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position offers a competitive basic salary plus commission, with multiple opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for the company
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and client follow-ups
  • Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to management
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

Requirements

  • HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations within the Energy sector (3-5 years for Sales Managers)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients
  • Must be resident in Lagos
