## Title: Sales & Growth Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Growth Manager to drive revenue, expand market presence, and scale business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, growth, and market share targets
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and business partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

Growth & Business Development

  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the client base and strengthen existing relationships
  • Lead go-to-market campaigns, partnership initiatives, and product/service expansion opportunities
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform growth strategies

Performance & Reporting

  • Track sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline metrics to ensure targets are met
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and growth opportunities
  • Recommend process improvements and optimizations to enhance sales efficiency and customer experience

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to align on business objectives and ensure seamless execution
  • Support product launches, campaigns, and promotions with actionable market feedback and sales insights

Team Leadership

  • Mentor and guide sales teams to drive performance, skills development, and accountability
  • Build a high-performance, growth-oriented sales culture

Required Qualifications

  • 4–8 years' experience in sales, business development, or growth roles
  • Experience in financial services, tech, or consulting sectors preferred
