Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Lagos, offering a great opportunity for career growth. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and engagement across Pazino Engineering & Construction Company Limited's real estate portfolio.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting estate schemes and generating qualified leads
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Conducting property tours and site visits
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
While some tasks may be performed remotely, significant in-person meetings and site visits will be required to maintain strong customer connections and meet sales objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven expertise in Sales, Lead Generation, and Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Customer Service
- Marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or property sector
- Proficiency in Project Management and Time Management
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid working environment
- Familiarity with real estate markets in Lagos, particularly the Ibeju-Lekki area (advantageous)
