## Title: Sales Executive – International Payments

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition and grow our market presence. You will manage the full sales cycle for our international payments and financial analytics solutions, serving as the primary point of contact for prospects. Your role will focus on meeting sales targets, educating customers about our services, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients including businesses, merchants, and SMEs in the domestic and cross-border payments space using multiple outreach channels (cold calls, email, social media, networking)
  • Present and explain product offerings to potential clients, highlighting value propositions such as transparent fees, real-time FX rates, and fast transaction processing
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and integration
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management
  • Participate in marketing and promotional events, webinars, and trade shows to represent the company and generate new leads

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain financial products, fees, FX rates, and transaction flows
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs with a data-driven mindset
  • Self-motivated and resilient with ability to follow through with leads and close sales
