About the Role
- We are seeking passionate and resultsdriven Sales Executives – Wholesales & Open Market to drive product sales, distribution, and visibility across key open markets in Abuja
- The ideal candidates will have strong experience in the beverage industry, a deep understanding of openmarket dynamics, and established relationships with key wholesalers, distributors, and major retailers within Dutse
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
- Build and maintain longterm relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and openmarket retailers.
- Ensure effective product visibility, availability, and display across assigned territories.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate pricing and trade terms, and close deals successfully.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing trends.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Execute inmarket activations, product samplings, and promotional initiatives to boost awareness.
- Track and report daily sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Gather customer and market feedback to drive product and service improvements.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in wholesale or openmarket sales within the beverage industry.
- Must reside in or be very familiar with Dutse (Abuja) markets.
- Strong existing network of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the assigned locations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Selfmotivated, resultoriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Solid understanding of market trends, pricing dynamics, and consumer purchasing behaviour.
