## Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Sales Executive/Sales Manager position to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products or services, including features, benefits, and applications
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved
  • Accurately forecast sales performance, report on sales activities, and provide insights to improve sales strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments to maintain expertise

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with measurable results, preferably in a similar industry for at least two years
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
