About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team at Prestigious Consulting Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales. You will play a key role in promoting our developments, meeting sales targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from inquiry to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through various sales channels
- Conduct property inspections, presentations, and negotiations
- Maintain regular communication with clients to build strong relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong network and passion for sales
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: ₦150,000 net monthly
- 5% commission on landed property sales
- 7% commission on apartment sales
