This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and convert new real estate business opportunities
  • Sell residential, commercial, and land assets
  • Build and manage relationships with buyers, investors, and corporate clients
  • Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and client meetings
  • Negotiate, close deals, and manage sales documentation
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and regulations
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years’ experience in real estate or high-ticket sales
  • Proven record of successful deal closures
  • Strong network within the real estate market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Salary N300,000 - N500,000 per month.
