Job Summary
We are looking for proactive and results-driven Sales Executives to join our expanding beverage sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving product penetration, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers, and achieving sales targets within Nasarawa (Karu/Lafia).
This role requires hands-on field experience, a solid understanding of local market dynamics, and a passion for sales within the beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and brand compliance
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide actionable insights
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and promotional agreements with clients
- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
Requirements
- Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' proven sales experience in the Beverage or FMCG industry (beverage experience is mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of the Nasarawa (Karu/Lafia) market and business environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must own a car, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel within assigned territories
- Must currently reside in the specified location (Nasarawa – Karu/Lafia)
