Job Overview
A medical equipment company in Lagos is seeking motivated and experienced Sales Executives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting a range of high-quality medical devices and equipment to healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals and procurement teams
- Understand client needs and provide customized product solutions
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to close sales effectively
- Manage existing client accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Track market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback to management and product teams
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment sector
- Strong understanding of medical equipment, healthcare systems, and procurement processes
- Experience selling medical equipment is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure
