Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, managing client accounts, and expanding the company's market share for industrial and automobile lubricant products. The role involves identifying business opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, and ensuring consistent product availability across industrial clients, auto shops, distributors, fleet companies, and mechanical garages.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote industrial and automotive lubricant products
- Identify new business opportunities across factories, manufacturing plants, workshops, transport/logistics firms, and automotive dealerships
- Handle client inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product offerings
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, auto-part sellers, and lubricant resellers
- Monitor product availability in assigned territories and ensure proper merchandising
- Support promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients while providing exceptional customer service
- Promptly address client inquiries and resolve issues
- Develop in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and applications; educate dealers, riders, and mechanics on technical aspects
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments; report findings regularly
- Conduct training for Lubricant Customer Service Attendants
- Drive secondary sales in the market and create awareness of product availability to current and prospective customers
- Understand business activities and customer needs to provide appropriate solutions
