## Title: Sales Executive – Ibadan
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our sales team in Ibadan.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Identify commercial opportunities and take action
- Sell new concepts and products to clients
- Manage key accounts, distribution, and project sales
- Conduct market research including market trends and competitive analysis
- Prepare sales reports and presentations
- Contribute to annual budget planning and forecasting processes
- Work in business-to-business environments
- Travel as required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in any discipline
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a sales role with proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in the cosmetics or skincare industry
Required Skills & Competencies
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and act on them
- Strong understanding of economic drivers
- Technical competence with ability to understand and translate technical concepts for commercial benefit
- Knowledge of business processes including forecasting, sales reports, presentations, and supply chain management
- Experience with market research, market trends analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Proficiency in Sales Policies, procedures, and internal control measures
- Assertive communication with strong verbal and written skills
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress situations
- Commitment to continuous self-development
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- Broader understanding of economic drivers
