## Title: Sales Executive – Ibadan

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our sales team in Ibadan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Identify commercial opportunities and take action
  • Sell new concepts and products to clients
  • Manage key accounts, distribution, and project sales
  • Conduct market research including market trends and competitive analysis
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations
  • Contribute to annual budget planning and forecasting processes
  • Work in business-to-business environments
  • Travel as required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BSc) in any discipline
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a sales role with proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in the cosmetics or skincare industry

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and act on them
  • Strong understanding of economic drivers
  • Technical competence with ability to understand and translate technical concepts for commercial benefit
  • Knowledge of business processes including forecasting, sales reports, presentations, and supply chain management
  • Experience with market research, market trends analysis, and competitive intelligence
  • Proficiency in Sales Policies, procedures, and internal control measures
  • Assertive communication with strong verbal and written skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational abilities
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress situations
  • Commitment to continuous self-development

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in the construction industry
  • Broader understanding of economic drivers
