## Title: Sales Executive / Head of Sales

Position Overview

Enov8 Solutions Limited is seeking a Sales Executive / Head of Sales to lead strategic sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. You will develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies while leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall company goals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the IT industry
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for increased sales effectiveness
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the competitive landscape

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Tech Sales
  • Established relationships with Banks, OEMs, and similar key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and cloud solutions
  • Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in the IT industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach
