Job Summary
We are seeking passionate, results-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing beverage team at BOGO Beverages. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer and distributor relationships, and expanding market share within their assigned territories.
This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on beverage sales experience who understand local market dynamics and can deliver measurable results in a competitive FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail and wholesale channels
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, and pricing
- Track and analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback
- Negotiate and manage pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and complaints
- Provide timely sales reports and market intelligence to management
Requirements
- Minimum OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in beverage or FMCG sales (beverage experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong knowledge of the Abakaliki market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with strong planning and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and ownership of a car
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Must currently reside in Abakaliki (applicants from other locations will not be considered)
