About the Role

Leadvent Group is seeking a qualified Sales Executive to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to promote products or services, aiming to close sales deals over the phone
• Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing client needs, answering inquiries, and handling complaints effectively
• Utilize provided sales scripts to guide conversations and ensure all necessary information is communicated clearly to customers
• Process customer orders and arrange for the delivery of purchased items, ensuring smooth transaction experiences
• Meet sales quotas and targets while tracking sales activities using relevant software

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 - 3 years of relevant sales or customer service experience
