## Title: Sales Executive
About the Role
The KOKO Group is seeking a motivated, articulate, and resourceful individual to join our operations team in a Sales Executive position.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline effectively
- Analyse market trends and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans
- Develop and manage sales and marketing operating budgets
- Manage client relationships and drive retention
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in Business
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience across all stages of the sales cycle
- Proven ability to build new client relationships and maintain existing ones
- Strong negotiation skills
- Confidence in client-facing interactions
