Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our sales team. The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring product availability within designated routes and outlets. This role plays a key part in driving distribution, visibility, and trade execution in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and achieve monthly sales targets within assigned routes
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising across outlets
- Maintain and grow customer relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key accounts
- Provide accurate sales reports, market feedback, and competitor intelligence
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment in outlets
- Support the Area Sales Manager in achieving overall area objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 2 - 4 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in field sales
- Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale trade channels
- Ability to meet targets under pressure and manage multiple outlets
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
