About the Role
We are hiring a full-time, onsite Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and persuasive individual with a passion for delivering results and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing customers and develop relationships with prospective clients
- Identify and secure business opportunities for the organization
- Collaborate with the Sales team lead to secure, retain, and grow accounts through understanding clients' needs
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through competitor research and business environment analysis
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales and competition activities
- Organize and execute trade visits and client calls
- Follow up on online lead generation
- Establish customer needs and sell allocated products accordingly
- Generate business leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Organize meetings with prospective clients and conduct product demonstrations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-4 years of post-NYSC experience in sales or marketing
- Medical background or inclination
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and CRM tools
- Must reside in Magodo or surrounding areas
