## Title: Sales Executive - Industrial & Automotive Lubricants

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, managing client accounts, and expanding the company's market share for industrial and automotive lubricant products. This role involves identifying business opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, and ensuring consistent product availability across industrial clients, auto shops, distributors, fleet companies, and mechanical garages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote industrial and automotive lubricant products
  • Identify new business opportunities across factories, manufacturing plants, workshops, transport/logistics firms, and automotive dealerships
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients while providing exceptional customer service
  • Promptly address client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product offerings
  • Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, auto-part sellers, and lubricant resellers
  • Monitor product availability in assigned territories and ensure proper merchandising
  • Support promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and applications; educate dealers, riders, and mechanics on technical aspects
  • Ensure market awareness and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
  • Report on market developments and competitive intelligence
  • Conduct training for lube customer service attendants
  • Drive secondary sales in the market
  • Create awareness for product availability to both current and prospective customers
  • Understand business activities and customer needs
