Sales Engineer at Elevated HR Limited

Job Summary

Elevated HR Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our expanding team in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, selling OEM products and services, and maintaining strong relationships with both current and new clients. You will play a key role in driving business growth while staying ahead of competition through continuous skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with all OEM products and services offered by the company
• Suggest upgrades or additional products and services that may interest clients
• Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver presentations on services to prospects
• Negotiate and close deals while handling objections and complaints professionally
• Prepare and send quotes and proposals to prospective clients
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Build and maintain a CRM database
• Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
• Gather feedback from customers and prospects to share with internal teams
• Work with the team to ensure excellent product delivery
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Participate in sales team meetings and training opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role
• Strong technical background with ability to understand complex technical concepts
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
