Locations: Aba, Umuahia - Abia, Owerri - Imo and Nnewi - Anambra
Sales KPIs
- Total Units Sold: This is to measure the sales achieved by the canvasser. With a monthly target of 15 units, evaluation will be done on monthly basis.
- Sales Target Achievement (%): This measures how well the canvasser meets their assigned sales goals. For example, if the target is 15 units and they sell 10, their achievement is 67%, evaluation will be done on monthly basis.
- New Customer Acquisition: This KPI focuses on the canvasser's ability to find and convert new customers / dealers / fleet owners, which is crucial for market expansion, evaluation will be done on weekly basis.
- These KPIs measure the daily and weekly activities that are proven to drive sales. Focusing on these ensures the team is consistently engaged in the right behaviours.
- Number of Dealership Visits: Tracks how many times a canvasser visits potential or existing dealers. This is vital for building relationships and understanding market needs. – Daily reports required.
- New Leads Generated: Measures the number of new potential customers or dealers identified by the canvasser – Daily reports required.
- Field Report Submission: This measures the canvasser's compliance in submitting regular reports, which provides valuable data on market conditions, competitor activities, and challenges. – Daily reports required.
