Role Overview
The Sales & Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting client companies that need recruitment services. This role requires building strong relationships, pitching solutions, and consistently delivering on sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients including SMEs, corporates, NGOs, and startups
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls to generate new business opportunities
- Deliver sales pitches and presentations to HR decision-makers
- Negotiate terms and close recruitment service agreements
- Maintain a pipeline of active prospects and provide weekly sales updates
- Collaborate with the Operations Executive to align client needs with service delivery
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience (preferably in HR/recruitment)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets while working remotely
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage
