## Title: Sales & Business Development Executive

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team. This is a dual Business Development and Sales Executive position (Technical) responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, enhancing brand visibility, driving sales, and supporting the company's growth.

The role requires technical engineering skills and involves researching market trends in Engineering services (including but not limited to Electrical, Power, and Renewable Energy), developing business strategies, and collaborating with other departments and clients to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement growth strategies
  • Develop and execute tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs in the industry
  • Execute project delivery end-to-end, ensuring adherence to budget constraints and timelines
  • Analyze industry trends and market conditions to inform business strategies
  • Monitor competitors and identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Drive electrical sales, procurement, and installations as specified by clients
  • Support the development and execution of business plans to achieve growth targets
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to identify customer needs and market trends
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and prospects
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Promote the firm's brand and content across all organizational social media platforms
