  • We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our hospitality team.
  • The ideal candidate will promote our hotelservices, build strong client relationships, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and engaging potential clients.
  • Promote hotel accommodation, restaurant, spa, and event services to guests and corporate clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-ups.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, Reservations, F&B, Housekeeping) to meet guest needs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and uphold the brand’s standards.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2–3years’ experience in sales(hospitality experience is an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Proactive, organized, and result-driven.
