## Title: Sales Associate - Pharmaceutical

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential customers to expand the client base
  • Conduct outreach and follow-up with leads through calls, emails, and visits
  • Present and explain product offerings to healthcare providers and institutions
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals effectively
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Track sales activities and update records using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Science or any science-related course
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, including positioning, messaging, and product marketing principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making
  • Experience with digital transformation principles and strategies
