Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with HMOs, corporate organizations, and individual clients to increase patient footfall and drive revenue growth. The role involves client engagement, relationship management, and promoting hospital services across key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with HMOs, corporate organizations, and other strategic partners to promote hospital services
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to encourage referrals and collaborations
- Conduct outreach and engagement activities to increase hospital visibility and patient acquisition
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for referred patients
- Track and report on leads, partnerships, and business development activities
- Support hospital campaigns, health fairs, and corporate wellness programs
- Achieve set sales and business development targets
Educational Qualification
- OND/HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or corporate liaison (healthcare experience preferred)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Ability to liaise with HMOs, corporate organizations, and partners effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, result-oriented, and target-driven approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
