Role Overview
The Sales Order & Fulfillment Officer is responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accurate processing, timely fulfillment, and clear communication with both internal teams and clients. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate order fulfillment, scheduling, and delivery with internal teams
- Liaise with customers regarding order status, timelines, and documentation, and follow up until payment is made
- Ensure all orders comply with company procedures and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
- Work closely with Warehouse and Marketing teams to ensure effective delivery systems
- Handle customer queries and provide professional after-sales support
- Carry out periodic customer satisfaction surveys
- Maintain an adequate database of company customers and clients
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in health product sales (pharmaceutical products, IVF products, medical devices, diagnostics, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude
