## Title: Sales and Marketing Supervisor – Real Estate

About the Role

Join a leading real estate organization as a Sales and Marketing Supervisor. This role offers the opportunity to drive property sales, build client relationships, and oversee the complete transaction lifecycle in a dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospects and potential clients to present real estate deals and property opportunities
  • Communicate with clients to identify their property requirements and preferences
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents including purchase agreements and lease contracts
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for prospects and clients
  • Coordinate property deal closings to ensure all vital documents are signed and payments are received
  • Arrange property viewings for prospective buyers prior to closing deals
  • Act as an intermediary between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate transactions
  • Conduct property inspections to verify that sales terms and conditions are met before closing
  • Provide periodic reports to sales managers on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
  • Conduct market surveys to identify competing property prices in the housing market
  • Offer recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants for legal and mortgage services
  • Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies throughout property transactions
  • Monitor the property market to identify prospects with property interest and secure brokering deals
  • Maintain ongoing client contact to identify future business opportunities
  • Participate in seminars, conferences, and industry events to enhance job knowledge and expand professional networks

Requirements

  • B.Sc. Degree in Marketing or related field from a recognized University
  • 7–10 years of post-NYSC proven experience in sales, marketing, and customer service

Required Skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Real estate industry experience
