Sales and Marketing Officer

Position Overview

The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong customer relationships to achieve the company's revenue targets. Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by managing key accounts and generating leads
• Pursue new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the automobile industry
• Showcase vehicles to customers, explain features, and communicate warranty terms
• Promote additional car care products including insurance and registration services
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
• Conduct market research and execute promotional campaigns to increase market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with private and corporate clients
• Address customer complaints and provide solutions in collaboration with the Business Manager and Workshop Team
• Prepare sales reports and deliver presentations
• Represent the company at events and exhibitions
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in Economics, Marketing, Banking and Finance, or related field
• Age between 20–30 years
• Minimum 2–4 years of marketing and sales experience encompassing brand management, marketing communications, and sales in FMCG sector or Financial Institutions
• Experience in the automobile industry is highly desirable
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
