About the Role

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Intern. In this hybrid position based in Lagos, you will support the team in building client relationships, promoting products, and executing marketing strategies while enjoying flexibility to work from home part of the time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sales campaigns and promotional activities
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Participate in training activities and programs
• Gather and analyze market insights to inform strategy
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Build and maintain client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and customer service skills with ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Knowledge or experience in sales and sales management, with understanding of methods to drive revenue and achieve growth targets
• Ability to assist with training programs for clients or team members
• Strong team collaboration skills and proactive approach to supporting marketing initiatives

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role based in Lagos with flexibility to work from home for part of the time.
