About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Sales and Customer Service Executive. This role combines property sales, customer relationship management, and client liaison responsibilities within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to present real estate opportunities
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and property preferences
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents including purchase agreements and lease contracts
- Coordinate property deal closings to ensure all vital documents are signed and payment is received
- Arrange property viewings for prospective buyers before deal closure
- Act as intermediary between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate transactions
- Conduct property inspections to verify that terms and conditions of sales are met before closing
- Provide periodic sales reports to managers on sales operations and returns using CRM systems
- Conduct market surveys to identify competitive property pricing
- Provide recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants for legal and mortgage services
- Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies during all property transactions
- Monitor the property market to identify prospects and secure brokering deals
- Maintain ongoing client contact to identify future business opportunities
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and industry events to enhance professional knowledge and expand professional network
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Marketing or related field from a recognized university
- 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and customer service
- Proven experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
