About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Sales and Customer Service Executive at Handyman Daige Properties. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between property sellers and prospective buyers, managing the complete property sales cycle from initial client engagement through deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to present real estate opportunities
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and property preferences
- Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
- Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment is received
- Arrange property viewings for prospective buyers before closing deals
- Act as an intermediary between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate transactions
- Conduct property inspections to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing
- Provide periodic reports to sales managers on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
- Conduct market surveys to identify competitor property pricing on the housing market
- Provide recommendations to buyers and refer them to property consultants for legal and mortgage services
- Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
- Monitor the property market to identify prospects and secure brokering deals
- Maintain ongoing client contact to explore future business opportunities
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to enhance professional knowledge and expand your network
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field from a recognized university
- 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and customer service
- Proven experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer-focused mindset
