## Title: Sales Agent - People Capacity Management
About the Role
A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated Sales Agent to drive business growth through lead qualification, conversion, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Make onboarding calls and qualify new leads
- Close leads on hotel services
- Use provided onboarding scripts and CRM tools to track and manage leads
- Share brochures, quotes, and deal updates professionally with prospects
- Maintain regular follow-ups and updates with leads to ensure engagement
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth post-sale handover and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Minimum OND (Ordinary National Diploma)
- 1 - 4 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Fluent spoken and written English
Preferred Experience
- Background in sales, hospitality, or travel industry
Essential Skills & Attributes
- High emotional intelligence and customer-first mindset
- Organized and proactive approach to work
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools (Google Suite, WhatsApp, CRM platforms)
